The Independent Business Association Division
Independent Business Association (IBA)
was founded in 1982 to provide comprehensive benefits primarily to
small businesses. Because of its large membership, the Association
is able to offer these benefits on a group basis.
Medical, dental, and vision benefits are offered to businesses in
the twenty-one county central Pennsylvania area through reputable,
financially-sound regional and national carriers. (Medical benefits
are limited to a sole employee firm or a non-profit organization with only
one employee eligible for coverage.) Group life and disability
benefits are also available to qualifying members in the state of
Pennsylvania and are underwritten by one of the most prestigious national
carriers in the industry.
Servicing these benefits is a major function of our firm.
Market conditions change, as do tax laws and business goals. It is
our responsibility to monitor these trends and through vigilant
communication make members aware of any information suitable to their
evolving needs.
